Procurement support to other agencies
The Department has established a number of panels for the supply of frequently-used services. Some of these panels allow the provision of Multi Agency Access, or 'piggy-backing', by other agencies. Please refer to Austender (www.tenders.gov.au) for details of the Department’s panels that allow Multi Agency Access.
How to access services
- Send an email to contracts@dbcde.gov.au and we will post your agency’s details on the relevant participation list on AusTender.
- You will receive an email with a zip file containing price schedules and official orders for all panel members.
- You can now use the panel.
To obtain a copy of a deed, contact Procurement and Financial Operations at contracts@dbcde.gov.au. As a result of the way the deeds are set up, there is no requirement for an Agency to have an MOU with DBCDE.
Reporting obligations
Agencies are reminded that it is their responsibility to meet statutory reporting obligations in terms of reporting on Austender. The relevant SON ID is included in the initial form provided and use of these panels should be reported by the agency concerned.
