On 24 February 2010 the Government issued exposure drafts of legislation to implement the regulatory framework for the National Broadband Network Company.

The exposure drafts were released for information and comment by interested parties in advance of the introduction of the Bills into Parliament. The period for submitting comment on the draft legislation closed on 15 March 2010 and submissions are available online.
