National Broadband Network Company Legislation and Access Regime - Submissions

The Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Senator the Hon Stephen Conroy, issued a media release seeking views on the legislative framework for the National Broadband Network company. Submissions closed on 30 July 2009.

The Department reserved the right not to publish any submission, or part of a submission, which in the view of the Department contained potentially defamatory material, or where it considered it appropriate to do so for confidentiality or other reasons.
