Structural separation instruments: exposure drafts—submissions

The following five instruments provide the statutory framework for Telstra’s structural separation and are made under Part 33 of the Telecommunications Act 1997. Part 33 was inserted by the Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (Competition and Consumer Safeguard) Act 2010, which was passed by the Parliament on 29 November 2010. Final versions of the instruments are published on the Telecommunications regulatory reform page.

The following discussion paper and drafts of the instruments were released for public consultation on 1 June 2011. The closing date for submissions was 15 June 2011.
