The Satellite Phone Subsidy Scheme is an Australian Government initiative to help people living or working in the most remote parts of Australia purchase satellite mobile phones. The Scheme was scheduled to conclude on 30 June 2009 with applications closing on 3 April 2009. On 5 March 2009 the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy
announced the enhancement of the Scheme and its extension until June 2013.

Please answer ALL questions and sign and date where asked. Businesses MUST use their entity name and NOT trading name.Dealers wishing to participate in the Scheme are required to complete the Satellite Phone Dealer Agreement which will allow registration for a four year period to the end of the scheme.
