The advanced networks program (ANP) was established in 2000 as part of the $158 million Building Information Technology Strengths (BITS) - a key initiative funded from the partial sale of Telstra. In this review, the success of the ANP is measured by considering the performance of the three funded projects in progressing the objective of the program.
