Australian Broadband Guarantee providers are required to acknowledge Australian Government funding support in all promotional and marketing activities. All such material is to be approved by the Department prior to its release.
Requests should be submitted to the Department in a timely manner to ensure approval by the date required. The Department will consider both corporate style and Australian Broadband Guarantee factual accuracy as part of the approval process. Please contact the Department on 1800 883 488 or abgproviders@dbcde.gov.au.
Changes to material approved under previous programs will need to be re-submitted to the Department. In these circumstances, an indication of the changes proposed will speed up the approval process.
The table below outlines the acknowledgment requirements for some anticipated activities. Further information appears in section 3.3.1 of the
Australian Broadband Guarantee Program Guidelines (File size: 762Kb) (for the transitional period 2 April to 30 June 2007).
