The Australian Government’s response to the RTI

This link sends you off DCITA's websiteTelstra’s Carrier Licence Conditions (Telstra Corporation Limited) Declaration 1997(Amendment No. 2 of 2005), (the licence condition) commenced in early August 2005 obliging Telstra to maintain an ongoing local presence in regional, rural and remote Australia. This implements the response to recommendations 8.1 and 8.2 of the RTI.
