Australian Broadband Guarantee Providers

Australian Broadband Guarantee Providers that have been registered under the 2008–09 program are listed in alphabetical order. Some links on this webpage may go to external internet service provider websites for which the Department is not responsible. Consumers seeking a broadband service should first go to the Broadband Service Locator to check their eligibility.

As a requirement under the Australian Broadband Guarantee, all internet service providers must offer a threshold service to consumers. Features of this service include access to the internet at a peak data speed of at least 512/128kbps, 3 GB per month data usage allowance (available for use at any time) and a price over three years (including installation fees and connection costs) of not more than $2,500 (GST inclusive). Providers may offer a threshold service with a higher peak data speed or higher data usage.

The threshold services and service areas that each provider has registered under the program have been included below. Further details may be obtained by contacting the relevant internet service provider. 

Under the Australian Broadband Guarantee, internet service providers may also offer added value and entry level service plans offering different data speeds, usage allowances and pricing. Customers seeking information about these service plans should contact the relevant internet service provider.
