The Telecommunications Consumer Representation Stakeholder Forum will be held on 1 May 2008 to identify ways to make consumer representation in telecommunications policy more effective.
The forum will examine the effectiveness of current consumer representation in the Australian telecommunications industry.
Prominent stakeholders in the telecommunications market including consumer, carrier, disability, government and industry representatives have been invited to attend. The forum will provide stakeholders an opportunity to discuss ways in which current consumer representation strategies can be improved.
