Prohibition on interactive gambling advertisements

Section 61 FE of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA) requires the Minister to cause to be prepared a report of the number and nature of contraventions of the prohibition on interactive gambling service advertisements and on any action taken by the Minister or Commonwealth agency in response to each contravention. The prohibition is established under Part 7A of the IGA.
