Publication guidelines

The views contained in submissions to the ABC SBS Review are those of their authors and do not reflect any policy positions of the Department or the Australian Government.

As indicated in the discussion paper, ABC and SBS: Towards a digital future, the Department has reserved the right not to publish submissions where it considers it inappropriate to do so for confidentiality or other reasons. These reasons include where a submission may breach an applicable law, promote a product or service, contain offensive language, or express sentiments that are liable to offend or vilify sections of the community.

Submissions to the ABC SBS Review can be retrieved using the submitter's 'publication name' in the search function or by using the alphabetical listing. The publication name is the name nominated by submitters for use as the name for publication.
