Collective Agreement

The Collective Agreement 2007-2010 sets the terms and conditions of employment for Departmental employees not covered by Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs) who have classifications below the Senior Executive Service levels.

The Agreement covers matters such as working and leave arrangements, redeployment, termination and voluntary redundancy, performance management, salary, allowances and development. The Agreement has a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2010.
