Dont know what you want to do after Year 12?

Are you energetic, a good communicator, outgoing, ready for a challenge and keen to learn? We want you!

About the program

The key to the Year 12 Graduate Program is variety!

The program, commencing in February 2009, includes extensive learning and development opportunities. The program includes:

  • an orientation program;
  • a comprehensive training schedule;
  • allocation of a mentor and a buddy (a Year 12 Graduate from the previous year);
  • ongoing support from the HR team and program sponsor; and
  • regular team meetings to discuss progress and exchange information.

During the program you will undertake three rotations of approximately 14 weeks in different areas of the Department. Under supervision, you will be supported in developing administrative skills, client service knowledge and a broad understanding of the functions of the Department. You will work in a team environment with guidance from an experienced supervisor. Each year the group of 610 Year 12 Graduates forms a social and supportive network.
