You may be selected for an interview. The interview panel will consist of two or three Department representatives, who will place great importance on fairness and recruiting people with potential.

Stage 4

Employment offers will be made to successful applicants, who will need to undergo pre-employment checks including medical, police and reference checks.

If you are successful in joining the program, you will work in our offices in Forrest, Canberra. The program will begin in February 2009.
