Review of Australian and New Zealand content on subscription television broadcasting services

Under subsection 103ZJ(3) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (BSA), the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts conducted a review relating to Australian and New Zealand content on subscription television broadcasting services.

The report of the Review was substantially informed by investigations by the Australian Broadcasting Authority into matters of relevance to the Review.

The report of the Review was tabled on Wednesday 16 March 2005.
