The Cyber White Paper will be an important communiqué to the Australian community about the key opportunities and risks of cyberspace. It will provide greater clarification on the roles and responsibilities for cyber issues across government, and will highlight how important it is to work cooperatively with individuals, industry and community groups to optimise the many benefits of the online environment.
A discussion paper has just been released in order to generate a wide reaching and dynamic conversation with the Australian community about what they see as the key opportunities and risks of cyberspace, and what further information and assistance they require so that we can all connect with confidence.
