How to install the Cybersafety Help Button on your Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod

To install the Cybersafety Help Button on your Apple device, you will need to do the following:

  1. Type in www.cybersafety.dbcde.gov.au/helpandadvice into the address bar and press ‘Go’;
  2. The Cybersafety Help and Advice page will load and you will see a pop-up box which asks if you would like to install this web app on your phone. The pop-up box is shown below.

    If you do not see this pop-up, continue to step 3.

  3. Tap the bookmark arrow.

  4. The bookmark bar will open, select 'Add to Home Screen'.

  5. The Add to Home screen will appear, select ‘Add’.

  6. The Help Button will then appear on your home screen of your Apple device.
