Expression of interest information kit
Please submit your expression of interest by providing a statement addressing your suitability for appointment as chair of the ABC board. Please limit your statement to three pages, or less. You will also need to submit a curriculum vitae which should be no more than three pages in length.
The information kit provides the documentation necessary for submitting an expression of interest—including a cover sheet, private interests declaration and the criteria for appointment in the position description.
Brief background information on the ABC and SBS boards and a copy of the guidelines for appointment, which summarise the relevant government policies and procedures in relation to the merit-based appointment process, are also available.

Conflict of interest
The Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 requires that all directors of the ABC S board avoid placing themselves in a position of conflict of interest. All candidates must provide a signed copy of this form with their expressions of interest.
